According to the local people from its surrounding places, the cave is believed¬ to be created by the bears. The cave also served as an escape route and secret hideout for the mighty Tipu Sultan. The spectacular Neelakurinji’ plants and ‘Insect Eating Pitcher’ plants that blooms once in every twelve years bring pride to this orchid garden. Orchidarium also showcases several species of Sylvan, Rose, and Bamboo plants.
